Return & Refund Policy

Should you, against your expectations, regret your purchase, then the item can be returned to us. Your item needs to be in its original condition and must show no signs of wear. We have a 28-day return policy from when the order was delivered to you. We do not offer a free return policy and you will have to pay the return postage  (please do obtain 'proof of postage').  All returns received within  28 days will be refunded back to your original payment method within 10 working days. Alternatively you may exchange for an alternative size or colour (subject to stock availability). Please contact us regarding arranging a return.

In the rare case of a faulty item , a full refund including postage costs will be given please contact us via a DM on our website or social media with the order no and details and we will respond as soon as possible. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
